School Curriculum
Classroom learning and teaching in LTPSS is characterized by:
- Differentiated instructions which can allow teachers to accommodate different learning styles and preferences; and to maximize the achievement of all students
- Adopting a process-oriented approach of learning with an emphasis on self-enquiry and knowledge construction
- The use of Cooperative Learning helps to promote individual accountability and group accountability in the knowledge construction process
- Extended-learning beyond the classroom context was used to students by means of co-curricular activities, life-wide learning opportunities and other learning experiences, such as service learning etc.,
- Encouraging reflective teaching with an emphasis on research-based teaching practice and evidence-based evaluation for continuous improvement and advancement
