SMART stands for &#8220;Sugar\u00a0free&#8221;, &#8220;More colours&#8221;, &#8220;Add fibres&#8221;, &#8220;Remove toxins&#8221; and &#8220;Take control of our diets&#8221;.\u00a0Every day we had a game booth\u00a0during lunch time for our\u00a0students\u00a0to learn 5 simple ways to become smart eaters. Both teachers and\u00a0students\u00a0had great fun. Their\u00a0participations have shown an increased awareness of nutrition and healthy lifestyles which is important for them to boost the overall quality of life.
