{"id":17145,"date":"2020-01-29T10:04:42","date_gmt":"2020-01-29T02:04:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ltpss.edu.hk\/schoolweb\/?p=17145"},"modified":"2020-01-29T10:04:42","modified_gmt":"2020-01-29T02:04:42","slug":"dialogue-with-our-alumni","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ltpss.edu.hk\/schoolweb\/dialogue-with-our-alumni\/","title":{"rendered":"Dialogue with Our Alumni"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;17147&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our\u00a0<em>signature event &#8220;Dialogue\u00a0with\u00a0Our\u00a0Alumni&#8221; was held successfully at school on 26th October 2019 before\u00a0<\/em>our\u00a0S4 students engaged in various inspiring life planning activities in their Life Education Periods since September.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On that day, our S4 students met our\u00a0alumni\u00a0who are successful in their disciplines,\u00a0exchanging meaningful\u00a0dialogues\u00a0with them on\u00a0<strong>what the world of work is like, transferable skills most wanted by those professions\u00a0and\u00a0employability\u00a0etc.<\/strong>\u00a0Their professions include: Interior Designer, Jewellery Entrepreneur, Accountant, Auditor, Financial Analysts, Social Workers, Registered Nurses, Psychological Therapists, Cyber Security Analyst, Electrical Engineer, Fireman, Ground Staff etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was like a library activity as students were given chances to explore various careers through the collection of\u00a0first-hand\u00a0information.
