From the visit \u00a0of Zhongshan Yida,\u00a0we can see how\u00a0 Mr. Lo\u2019s personal belief \u201cFor the Greater Good\u201c(\u5927\u6211\u70ba\u5148\uff09 to put into practice. Staffs of Zhongshan Yida shared about how this belief\u00a0 affect their work and even daily life.\u00a0 Everyone share the same core value of Greater Good and people-oriented approach that make\u00a0the whole factory just like one big family. The harmonious family has over 10000 members! Isn\u2019t incredible? I think I find the secret of success of Crystal Group.\u00a0The good relationship makes the greater good.<\/p>\n

Last Thursday, our Principal Ms. Tam, Assistant Principal Mr. Li, Ms. Sham and I were glad to be invited to visit Zhongshan Yida Apparel Ltd and to attend the book sharing session held there. The company is under Crystal Group and with Mr. Kenneth Lo, the sponsoring body manager of LTPSS, being its founder.<\/p>\n

The book sharing session was on the book <<For the Greater Good : Change Ourselves, the Company and the World>>, written by Mr. Lo. His philosophy of \u201cfor the greater good\u201d inspired us a lot. We learnt that general interest always comes before personal interest.<\/p>\n

We also attended a workshop which is about the implementation of 7 habits in Crystal Group. Mr. Johnny Chan, the HR Trainer in Crystal Group demonstrated how 7 habits are deeply internalised in every staff of Crystal Group. We truly admire their effort in excelling the company.<\/p>\n

In addition, we were impressed by how strong the sense of belonging of the staff towards the company is. We are also touched by the strong corporative culture among staff. It is also highlighted that a \u201c learning organization\u201d – one that keeps learning new things to improve itself and focus not only on its own growth but to make continuous contribution to society – stands out from the crowd. It is believed that LTPSS will shine further in the future if all teachers and students practise the Crystal Group\u2019s culture and philosophy.<\/p>\n
