First Class Award in HKIE END STEM Electronics Bootcamp 2025
We are delighted to announce that our S2 student Li Yilin, together with S3 Chan Chun Him, have been awarded the First Class Award and book coupons at the HKIE END STEM Electronics Bootcamp 2025, held on 16 August 2025 at the Hong Kong Metropolitan University.
During the one-day AI workshop and competition organised by The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Electronics Division), the students learnt to use ESP32S3-CAM modules and Edge Impulse for online AI training. They then implemented an edge AI project for real-time, offline object classification on an MCU with a self-trained model, an impressive achievement in applied AI and embedded systems.
