Dr KK Chan, the deputy secretary of EDB gave her keynote speech on the trends of school self evaluation and gave ideas to more than 300 principals on how to change the schools from great to excellence.
During the sharing session, Ms Tam shared with the audience her experience of how to do school self evaluation in a less threatening but more effective manner. The sharing was well received.
